Some of our young people may have come from a traumatic background, however we are there to support them in a therapeutic environment. You will be professionally trained as part of your induction, to understand the needs of clients in environments such as these.

We have a number of casual positions available at our Hobart residential sites. No experience necessary, although we are looking for people who:

  • Flexible working hours across a 24/7 roster and if interested, the ability to work across regions (North and North West)
  • Free access to our benchmarked Employee Assistance Program
  • Ongoing training opportunities such as;

    • an annual one-day refresher, and
    • if permanency becomes available, there may be opportunities to upskill or undertake training in Community Services, Mental Health First Aid and Suicide Prevention.
